Tunning Festival

Street races, tuned cars, sub woofer pressure and sex and nudity ambient are just a few factors which define the big show of Tuning. Tuning fans modify their vehicles (cars or even motorcycles) to provide them with higher power or just to make them look visually shocking. Today, Planet Graffiti wants to show you a small part of this amazing world.

Recently, there was a Tuning festival at the spanish town of Torrente, where people could appreciate all the essence of this movement. Spectacular and highly modified cars, surrounded by an expectant crowd, and a huge party feeling. All that and much more in this following video, realized by "Barbas Productions".

Fined for taking pictures at a monument

Yes my friends, from now on we'll have to be careful when choosing the background of our pictures. For example, in Brussels, there's a monument called "Atomium", built for the '58 Expo, and it sits under a copyright law. And that means that those who take a picture of it and then spread it on any kind of media (let's say, a Blog) will be fined for approximately 700€ (1000 US$) .

We have the clear example of this website. They had to remove all their pictures of "The Atomium" because the SABAM (Belgian Copyright defensors) tried to fine them for 793€ (1221 US$) due to the afore mentioned pictures. We must say that the website is a non-profit organization, the monument was built with public money and that the atom is a representation of a natural element not invented by any human author.

Where is this madness heading to? Imagine for a second that you build yourself a nice house with a peculiar shape you invented... Should anyone who takes pictures of it be paying you? If they keep doing it this way then yes, they should.

Building your own UFO

Today we want to show you how easy is to build an "artifact" that will astonish a lot of people. It's called the "Lifter", an ingenious object able to fly on its own, without the help of motors, turbines or propellers. No need for fuel either! The basic materials you will need to build your own Lifter are: wood, copper wire, aluminum, glue and an old computer screen. The screen's function is very simple, we'll get 28.000 volts out of a coil inside of it, which will power our flying artifact. The Lifter can elevate itself a few meters above the ground and lift one and a half times its own weight without emitting any more sounds than a "whistle" and kind of a "bang!", due to the electric waves produced by the high tension this device is powered by.

Explanation:

The Lifter can be considered an asymmetric condenser powered by a high tension. One of the shields this condenser would have, is the copper wire located on the top of this artifact and the other would be the aluminum, located on the bottom. Due to the potential difference between these two, the Lifter is able to ionize some air molecules, and push them downwards, having them crash against other molecules and therefore pushing the artifact upwards. That's how you beat gravitation.

So you wanna build your own Lifter? We're now gonna show you some videos with the Lifter in action and also a few links with easy instructions on how to build one by yourself.

Warning: This is not fake, the artifact works for real. Be aware of its high tension (28KV). Be careful... and enjoy Science!

Candid camera murder

We post mostly shocking videos, but this one is rather macabre.

Imagine this situation: You're going to the nearest postbox to drop in a letter, and just before you're about to leave, the postbox "spits" the letter out. You're obviously the victim of a common candid camera joke, where the actor hides inside the postbox to throw back out the letters people drop in.

Giggles and laugther are heard as we watch this TV sketch until, all of a sudden, one of the "victims" from this innocent joke, pulls out a gun when the actor throws his letter back out. He begins to shoot right away, aiming inside the postbox. The actor, hidden in the postbox, dies instantly. True? Mere fiction? It's a question we can't answer.

Please, people under age and sensitive people, do not watch this video.
